KITCHEN EXTRACTION, DEEP CLEAN AND FILTER REPLACEMENT
We offer a wide range of deep clean options to our extensive list of clients including kitchen appliance cleaning, walls, ceilings and floor cleans and our primary service as specialist in kitchen extraction cleans and kitchen deep cleans.

KITCHEN DEEP CLEAN
Our service is designed to restore and maintain high standards of hygiene, to minimise fire risks and increase the efficiency of the equipment and ventilation systems. All kitchen appliances are cleaned at the request of the customer for example Ovens, Griddles, Cookers and Deep Fat Fryers in accordance to HVCA TR19 Standards. Kitchen Extraction Cleaning: Safeguard guarantee that the decontamination of grease where accessible in the kitchen extraction system. Access shall be installed every 2 meters depending on the size of the ducting to ensure a fire break is created in accordance to HVCA TR19 standards. The extraction fan is isolated and both the housing and the blades and cleaned using Safeguards highly effective degreasing chemicals. While all the canopies internal and external surfaces are degreased and residue removed. Providing the very best service is kitchen extraction cleaning.

KITCHEN FILTER REPLACEMENT
Safeguard Industrial Services can supply or replace kitchen extraction filters. All of our filters and are supplied to highest quality. Filters that are damaged or contaminated with grease could cause, overheated working conditions, poor air flow in the kitchen extraction system, smoke filled kitchens and an increased chance of fire from combustion. We provide a wide range of sizes and types of filters including mesh and baffle filters.

HVCA TR19 STANDARD
- All work carried out to the highest specification in accordance with HVCA TR19 Standards “Guide to Good Practice- Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems”.

SIGNED OFF
- The work is only signed off as complete once fully inspected by a highly trained supervisor in accordance with HVCA TR19 Standards and once the customer is 100% satisfied.

EVIDENCE
- Before and after photographs are provided of all work (kitchen extraction clean, kitchen deep clean, and all other work) completed in accordance to HVCA TR19 Standards.

CERTIFICATION
- Certification in accordance to HVCA TR19 Standards. Once the clean has been completed, a certificate is supplied to prove that the all work is carried out to HVCA TR19 Standards, to provide due diligence for insurances purposes, health and safety inspection and new fire safety laws.
